RTC supports scrum, waterfall or hybrid methodologies, in this way RTC adapts itself to meet customer's team needs. RTC integrates task tracking, source control, and Agile planning with continuous builds and a configurable process.
In the product, users can create work items to track tasks, such as enhancements, defects, or plan items. When a user creates or changes a work item, all members in the associated team are notified. RTC runs on Linux, Windows, Mac and mainframe (ISPF) OS, it has also Eclipse and Visual Studio plugins.
