The project carried out by SoftBase with Assicurazioni Generali was in the management of the ALM processes in the mainframe.

Endevor  was used as CCM instrument in addition to some products Charisma (Exit and EPM).
The mainframe environment was designed in two parallel branches:
- The branch consisting of an evolutionary development environment with two stages and a test environment
- The branch consisting of a corrective maintenance environment
In addition to these, there was also a production environment, with a stage I order to handle emergency situations.
Every action is controlled by Endevor CCID, which consequently takes on a very high importance.
From the test on, the actions of MOVE are carried out through the package.
Essential for the purpose of easy maintenance of the environment,  is the management of Endevor processors.
Softbase is well known for years, in fact, for having minimized the number of processors Endevor, also making the task of the directors of the solution much easier.
At Assicurazioni Generali, all the various series of these Cobol programs (db2, not db2,batch, tp, dl1, telon ,...) are handled by one generate processor.
In the course of the years SoftBase has also introduced a software remodernization process (to manage obsolete objects) and an environment for the downsizing towards departmental platforms.
