The project carried out by SoftBase with Cornèr Banca was in the management of the ALM processes in the mainframe.

The new mainframe environment was designed in three parallel branches:
- the branch consisting of an evolutionary development environment with two stages and a test environment;
- the branch consisting of a corrective maintenance environment;
- the branch consisting of an offshore development environment with two stages and a test environment.
In addition to these, there was also a production environment, with a stage order to handle emergency situations.
The particularity of this new environment Endevor is that the offshore branch resides in a partition z/OS separated from the factory, with shared disks between the two partitions.
In this way, developers who modify code in the offshore branch end their activities in the second stage of the development environment and, at the same time, these changes are shown in their ordinary environment.
Essential for the purpose of easy maintenance of the environment,  is the management of Endevor processors.
Softbase is well known for years, in fact, for having minimized the number of processors Endevor, also making the task of the directors of the solution much easier.
At Cornèr Banca, it has gone from over 200 processors to ten.
Furthermore SoftBase introduced the ESI (Extended Security Interface) Endevor.
